Fund your team.
Every player. Every dollar.
No catalogs. No cookie dough. Nothing to deliver. Every player gets their own link, QR flyer and trading card — and anyone can back them in about a minute, from a text.
Our Charleston pilot’s first season, still running.

How FYT works
Every player gets a link
Upload your roster once. We mint a personal fundraising link and QR flyer for every athlete.
They share it everywhere
One tap to text it to grandma, post it, or hang the flyer at work. Supporters give in seconds — no logins.
Watch it climb live
Team + per-player totals, a live milestone ladder, and a coach dashboard that tells you who to text next.
What you do
About one sitting, then you’re a spectator
- 1️⃣ Send us your roster — a spreadsheet is fine.
- 2️⃣ Write two sentences: what the money is for, and your goal.
- 3️⃣ Hit send on the intro email we draft for your families.
No software to install, no accounts for parents, no cash or envelopes to collect, nothing to deliver at the end.
What FYT does
Everything that used to be your weekend
- 🔗 Mints every player’s link, QR code, flyer and trading card
- 💳 Takes the payments, emails every receipt, tracks every dollar
- 📊 Tells you who to text tonight, on the coach dashboard
- 🏢 Gives local businesses a real sponsor page to buy into
- 🩺 Watches checkout around the clock and pages a human if it breaks
How we get paid
One line: 15% of what you raise. Invoiced once at the end of your campaign — no setup fee, no monthly subscription, nothing auto-deducted from donor charges. Donors cover standard card processing so 100% of every gift reaches you.
Invoiced once at the end of your campaign, based on the total you raised. No setup fee. No per-donor cost. No monthly subscription. Your Stripe account collects 100% of every gift as it comes in.
Added to the donor’s total, not deducted from your team’s. A $100 gift becomes $103.80 charged; the team receives the full $100 they meant to give. Shown up front, no dark patterns.
The 3.5% + 30¢ covers standard U.S. card processing on your organization’s own Stripe account (Stripe charges 2.9% + 30¢) — the fixed part matters, because a percentage alone leaves small gifts short. FYT never touches your funds — no platform account, no payment splitting, no money-transmission surface. If you’d like the exact contract, just email us.
See it in action
Meet the Bayside Buccaneers — our demo team. Every player and gift is fictional, so you can click everything, even the donate flow. Nothing charges.
Every player, gift and business above is invented. Your team’s page uses your own roster, colors and crest.
Kids actually chase this
A reward ladder every player climbs
Every player has their own goal. Cross a threshold and their page fires a full-screen celebration — with a fresh, ready-to-share graphic that makes the next round of gifts easy to ask for. Hit goal and they earn the printable Everyday Champion Award for the classroom bulletin board.
- 🎯 Playmaker, All-Star, Captain, 🏆 Champion, ⭐ Elite — badges on the public team page
- 🎉 Milestone-crossing celebration with confetti and one-tap social share
- 🖨️ Printable Everyday Champion Award (landscape, US Letter, gold trim)
- 📱 “Text 25 people” squad challenge — contacts stay on the phone, never uploaded
- Playmaker$100
- All-Star$200
- Captain$300
- Champion$375
- Elite$500+
No participation trophies
Every player’s number is visible. Including the zeros.
Every kid gets their own page and their own goal, and the whole team can see where everyone stands. The parent who hasn’t opened the link yet finds out the same way everyone else does.
That’s deliberate. A fundraiser where nobody can tell who’s participating is a fundraiser where nobody participates — and the team still needs the money either way.
One exception, on purpose: no dollar figure ever appears on a player’s trading card. The page is the scoreboard. The card is the keepsake.
Money multipliers
Five ways FYT stretches every gift
The big fundraising systems build these one at a time and sell them as add-ons. FYT bakes them in — every campaign gets all five out of the box.
Every gift gets a bookmarkable, printable receipt at a durable URL — with the 501(c)(3) language when the org is a nonprofit.
One honest checkbox — "My employer matches donations" — and the thanks screen hands the donor everything HR needs. 65% of Fortune 500 companies match, per Double the Donation's published research.
One gift, whole squad — sponsor and booster checks that don't tie to a specific kid show up on the leaderboard as "Team gifts · Split across the roster" so the money is visible.
One optional checkbox at checkout — "feed a player on game day" — adds a set amount to the gift in the SAME card charge. It counts toward your goal, and the coach sees meal-fund dollars separately from regular donations.
Businesses get their own marketing page with up to three real offers (discount, freebie, giveaway), a website preview, and a printable shop poster with a QR. They edit it themselves — no accounts.
The share moment
A trading card
lands in every text
When a kid texts their fundraising link, the preview isn’t a stock banner — it’s their card. Photo, number, position, height, weight, division chip, current tier. Champion? The card frames gold. Grandma sees a pro card drop into iMessage before she taps a thing.
- 🃏 Photo, jersey #, position, HT/WT, division on every card
- 📱 Same card renders in Facebook, WhatsApp, and X previews
- 🏅 Your team’s crest rides the card, the flyer, the award and every link preview — it looks like your program, not a donation form
- 🔒 Short name (“Maya T.”) in previews for privacy — full name only on the page itself
And they get to keep it
A real trading card, free, for every kid
Two sides, no dollar amounts anywhere on it — just the player. Press and hold to save it to their photos, or send the actual image straight from the share sheet. Families print them. Kids trade them.
- 🎖️ Cards level up. Each tier upgrades the border, the halo, the accent and the insignia — nothing ever covers the kid’s face
- 💎 Ranks read like a game: cyan → violet → orange → gold → ruby, and the ring thickens as they climb
- 🖨️ Front and back download as real images, sized like a trading card
The main draw
Want to become a business sponsor for special perks?
🧾 Sponsoring a registered 501(c)(3) team is tax-deductible, and your receipt is emailed the moment you pay — no invoice to chase.
Every team gets one, and nobody prints a thing. Local businesses sponsor at $500+, post real offers, and land in a coupon book every family actually opens — redeemable in store or online, so the grandparents two states away can use them too. Sponsors also get their own page with a logo, a shop poster, and items people can buy directly. Self-serve, no accounts.
- 📊 Proof it worked — page views, offer reveals and website clicks, so renewing isn’t a guess
- 🎟️ Offers in every family’s coupon book — redeemable in store or online, so out-of-town donors can use them too
- ⭐ Supporter deals — a better offer for people who actually gave, unlocked by their Supporter Pass
- 🏪 Your own sponsor page — logo, offers, items to buy, hours, directions, and a printable shop poster with a QR
- 🎛️ Self-serve, no accounts — the business edits all of it from a link on their receipt

🎁 Sponsors can also donate player awards — swag, gift cards, meals for the winning team. Coaches use these to reward the MVP or top fundraisers. Opt-in badge on the sponsor’s microsite says “also donates player awards” — extra recognition, one more reason to say yes.

Kids first
Privacy that isn’t an afterthought
Team pages are reachable by anyone with the link, so a distant aunt in Ohio can give in seconds — but they are not indexed by Google or Bing, so a kid’s name doesn’t follow them into a search result years later. No parent logins to create or manage. No player photos required.
A stranger tapping a kid's link sees THAT kid — every other player is a short name and a Give button. Only the family (on their claimed phone) sees full names + the share kit.
Family email links carry a one-tap welcome that turns on their kid's family view, then walks them through saving the page to their home screen as "Maya · FYT" — no accounts, ever.
Photos are opt-in. If anything looks off, the coach clicks Remove and the image is deleted from storage — not just hidden.
Every tool your families need, printable
Hand it out at the first practice. Pin it in the break room. Give it to the shop owner. They’re one page each.
Who we work with
501(c)(3) organizations only —
with their own Stripe account
Both, every time. Every donation goes straight into your organization’s own Stripe account — FYT never holds or routes a dollar. That is what makes a deductible receipt and an employer match real instead of decorative, and it is why the money ends up in the organization’s bank account rather than a coach’s.
Not a 501(c)(3) yet, or never touched Stripe? The guide is the real path, not a shrug: which IRS form you qualify for, what it costs, how long it actually takes, the 27-month deadline that catches people, and where your state comes into it. States vary — and we’ll help you walk it.
